Manufacturing Process Of Monosodium Glutamate (MSG)

1) Corn is milled to corn starch for the fermentation process.

2) Fermentation – Corn Starch through the natural method of fermentation turns to sugar and goes through another round of fermentation to produce Glutamate acid.

3) De-colorization – Glutamate acid is then taken through a purification process.

4) Crystallization – Final product is now crystallized and dried.

5) MSG is packed and ready to be shipped to consumers all over the world.
